Hopefully I'm going to try to vote as honestly as I can. I believe the more work put into it would have to be Q's. BUT, I don't know exactly how hard both of you worked. Kudos to both of you. I'm just gonna point out a few things before I place my vote. I would have definitely gone for Q's at first sight, there's plenty of little details like shadow adjustments and color tweaks. But what really really brought it down in my eyes was the pixialated lines. They really made it look low quality especially the shoulders and her left leg.
As for s9's I think that whatever is being shown through her legs should have been added on top of the cut outs, to make it less noticeable.

The jagged edges really bring Q's photomanip down alot! So I'm going to have to go with s9 on this one, barely winning it.
