#1 GMV, Neither of the are fantastic compared to what I have seen from either of you but neither are bad either. lol
I just like the feel and colors of #1 better for some reason.

Reason why is because #2 has too much going on and is hard to focus on one thing. Although #2 has alright text and has nice color, it still lacks alot of depth.
