personaly it looks really lq for acouple of reasons first dont angle text to go with the flow makes it looks shit also if its a website put it in the corner next thng is the colours not very nice and just looks overall messy as lightin/shadin need ALOT of work
imo just re-visit the basics and work on them this will help you improve:)

Yea I agree with animeking, its really messy. Alot of spots are really weak and the colors are not great either.

well imo i think u should look at some tuts for manips since this doesnt really look like one imo thou i dont kno what the startin pic is etc
