Design Team/Resource Team: Design Team!

The best one is the Rock Lee in my opinion. Your skills are undoubtedly good, but I don't think you'll be able to meet the demands of the Design team. The design team is a very hard place to be but very rewarding. The resource team however could suit you much better.

The purpose of the Resource Team is to provide packs such as: render packs, stock packs, ect.

Nothing special although you do have some talent for sure. More so then some people... Perhaps with practice and more time however I do agree with Akuma.

You have some skill, you need to work on the basics tho. With a few weeks of Practice you can make Design Team. Bit for now its Resource Team

Hmm... can I see some examples of what the Design team does? The photobucket I provided is just with the renders I made after starting signatures about 2 weeks ago.

The Design Team will need to create advanced effects for the site. For it will be under the direct supervision of one of the staff members. As of right now we don't have anything to show for the Design Team but we will have a few examples soon. But for right now you have the option to choose to remain in the Resource Team or to wait and get another shot at the design team.
Bear in mind once you join the Resource team you can try out for the Design Team. So it isn't like you will be stuck with the Resource Team forever. |

Eh, I don't mind joining the resource team. Once I see some examples I will show you what I can do depending on what your looking for in the design team.
